Johanna Lindemann has been telling stories for over twenty years. She has worked in advertising and film but especially loves writing for children so she can see their eyes light up when they hear her stories. Johanna's picture books include One Christmas in Our Building. She lives near Bremen, Germany with her husband and two daughters.Mareike Ammersken is a prolific children's illustrator from Germany. She has a background in early childhood education and a Masters in illustration. Mareike lives with her husband and their dog in Luneburg, Germany.Christian Maclean has worked in publishing for 50 years. He lives in Edinburgh, UK.
